A LITTLE ABOUT DEBBIE & KURT...
Many folks who've heard them perform music together assume that Kurt and Debbie must have met working in a band or
through some other musical connection, but the fact is they first met at a college mixer. Hard to say if it was love at first
sight, but they definitely fell in love. A bit unlikely, really - Kurt was a full-blown rock and roll guitarist and Debbie was
a classically trained soprano singing in both large choirs and small choral groups. She listened to more music from Broadway
plays than rock groups, but they were young and in love and they also shared a love of music so...inevitably, they wanted to
perform music together. The union led them to a shared career in several successful regional rock bands in Pennsylvania,
working as full-time musicians in the 1970s and 1980s, and then part-time from the 1990s to 2009, including some groups
performing contemporary Christian music.

BrownSound Music is JUST Kurt and Debbie. They combine the gentle touch of soft acoustic accompanied love songs to electric
guitar driven, full band sound, kick it out, rock and roll!
It is still a showcase for their unique talents. This performance vehicle allows them to run the gambit of their musical
abilities and strengthens the bond that is so evident when they perform.
